Jolene Jones didn't study how institutions contain dissent from a classroom. She mapped it from the inside of one – and dismantled it in federal court, alone, without representation.
As a federal whistleblower, Jolene raised concerns about fraud and retaliation inside a government contracting environment. When the systems that were supposed to protect her instead tried to silence her, she fought back – representing herself pro se and winning a federal retaliation case.
That experience exposed the structural patterns institutions use to contain dissent: the procedural delays, the information asymmetry, the isolation tactics. She documented those patterns, mapped them, and built Containment Reversal Theory© (CRT©) – a proprietary analytical framework that identifies, documents, and reverses the mechanisms institutions deploy against whistleblowers and anyone who threatens their equilibrium.
CRT© is proprietary intellectual property of CRT Strategy Consulting. The methodology, its component theories, and analytical techniques are protected trade secrets.
